In this class we feature the long and the short of Vietnamese cuisine: the slowly cooked national soup, Pho, and the racy Vietnamese crepe, a specialty of southern Vietnam.
Learn how to prepare Pho and make Vietnamese crepes, packed with fresh herbs and served with nuoc cham sauce. A fabulous combination all year round in Vietnam, and especially for a Canberra winter.
